RSS (Really Simple Syndication)
RSS is a very cool way of getting news from a variety of websites, and it seems like more and more sites are starting to offer news via RSS. The benefit to users is that you can use a single desktop program to collect news from a variety of sites all in one location. wotmania has jumped on the RSS bandwagon and is now offering a few RSS feeds for folks who are interested in taking advantage of this new technology to simplify their news-gathering needs.

Free RSS Feeds
wotmania is currently offering two major RSS feeds, with others likely to follow in the future...

  • WoT News
This is certainly an important RSS feed for anyone interested in WoT. Any new WoT news that comes to wotmania will be pushed out via this RSS feed (as well as the main WoT message board, of course).

  • Other Fantasy Interviews
For all the folks visiting wotmania that enjoy fantasy other than WoT, wotmania's growing series of interviews with other fantasy authors is typically of interest.

Premium RSS Noteboard Feed
As a way of bringing a little extra value to the premium users at wotmania, it is possible to receive notifications of new Noteboard messages via RSS. The address to use for this is available on the Premium Options page. Every time you receive a new note, RSS will notify you when it checks wotmania for new notes.

RSS Software
There is plenty of RSS software available online. Some is free, some isn't... Use the links below to check out a few RSS programs that might be of interest.
